Share Buy-Back Programme
Spectra announces that its Board resolved on 9 April 2019 to approve, for an extendable period of twelve months therefrom, a share buy-back authority in respect of up to 4,500,000 common shares of the Company.
WH Ireland Limited, the Company's broker, has been authorised on the Company's instruction to make such purchases on its behalf in accordance with its Byelaws.
No purchases will be made until a further announcement has been made by Spectra which is expected shortly.
