Spectra Systems Corporation, a leader in machine-readable high speed banknote authentication and brand protection technologies, and gaming security software, was yesterday informed that as a result of an internal consolidation of certain previously separately held shareholdings, Castellina Ventures Limited (of the British Virgin Islands) is, with effect from 4 October 2019, the holder of 2,370,573 common shares in the capital of the Company, representing 5.16% of its issued share capital.
