Director Shareholding

Spectra (AIM: SPSY.L) has today received notification that on 26 November 2012, Dr. Oussama Salam, a director of the Company, purchased 29,500 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 in the common stock of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Share. All of these Shares are in the unrestricted line of stock (SPSY).

Following the acquisition, Dr. Salam will have an interest in the Company of 3,594,464 Shares, representing 7.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
