Suspension
St Peter Port Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that as a consequence of the proposed winding up of the Company as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders on 10 September 2021, the Company does not intend to issue audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021. As a result of not publishing the financial statements by the AIM Rules for Companies deadline of 30 September 2021, trading in the Shares will be suspended from 7.30 a.m. on Friday 1 October 2021.
Subject to Shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 11 October 2021, it is expected that the admission of the ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 12 October 2021, following the appointment of the liquidator at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
