Matched Bargain Dealing Facility

Sportech, an international betting and technology business, reminds shareholders that the last day of dealings in Sportech will be today, 16 October 2023.

As noted in the Company's announcement of 19 September 2023, the Company is expected to re-register as a private limited company with the name "Sportech Limited" and adopt its new articles of association in the week commencing 23 October 2023.

To facilitate future shareholder transactions in the Company's ordinary shares, JP Jenkins has been appointed to provide a matched bargain facility. JP Jenkins is a trading name of InfinitX Limited and Appointed Representative of Prosper Capital LLP (FRN453007).

The matched bargain facility is expected to operate for a minimum period of twelve months from 16 October 2023. Whilst the directors' current intention is that the facility will continue beyond that time, shareholders should note that it could be withdrawn and, therefore, inhibit the ability of shareholders to trade their ordinary shares. Further details will be communicated to shareholders via the Company's website at the relevant time.

Shareholders wishing to trade their ordinary shares can do so through their stockbroker. Trades will be conducted at a level that JP Jenkins is able to match a willing seller and a willing buyer. Trades can be conducted, and limits can be accepted, during normal business hours. Shareholders or potential investors can place limits via their existing UK regulated stockbroker.
