Director Share Dealings
Sportech PLC (the "Company") announces that the Directors referred to below have received ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("shares") under the terms of the Company's long term incentive plan ("Plan").
The shares were exercised on 14 March 2014 for nil consideration pursuant to awards granted under the Plan on 8 October 2010. Following the dealings as set out below, Ian Penrose increased his beneficial interest in the Company from 500,000 shares to 850,000 shares, and Ian Hogg increased his beneficial interest in the Company from 197,140 shares to 285,911 shares.
