Sportech announces that on 5 October 2010, Ian Hogg, the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer for Sportech's UK and Online businesses, purchased 47,140 ordinary shares at a price of 42 pence per share.
Following today's purchase Ian Hogg now holds voting rights attached to 47,140 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
