Director Share Dealings
The Board has been notified by Ian Penrose, and his wife Vanessa Penrose, that together, they have sold a combined 300,000 shares in Sportech PLC, at an average price of 95.2916p.
Ian Penrose has also transferred 200,000 shares in Sportech PLC to his wife as part of this process.
Following the above transaction, Ian and Vanessa Penrose have reduced their combined holding to 561,800 shares in Sportech PLC (Ian now owns 191,500, and Vanessa 370,300), representing 0.3% of the share capital of Sportech.
