Director/PDMR Share Dealing
Sportech PLC (LSE: SPO), the international betting technology business, that the Company has been notified that on 16 November 2018, Richard McGuire, Executive Chairman of Sportech, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares ('Ordinary Shares') at 40.6 pence each in the Company.
Following the above purchase, Richard McGuire now holds 770,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
