Board appointments
Sportech, an international betting and technology business, is pleased to announce that Richard McGuire and Clive Whiley will join as non-executive directors with immediate effect in order to further strengthen the Board, bringing with them significant experience that is highly relevant to the strategy of the Group.
The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the appointment of Mr McGuire and Mr Whiley to the Board of the Company:
