Sportech PLC ("the Company")

Blocklisting Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 173,211 Ordinary Shares of 50.0p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under the following Company share option scheme:

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange on 17 April 2014.
