Preliminary Results Presentation - Change of Venue

Further to the Notice of Preliminary Results published on 23 January 2023, the Company announces that the results presentation will now be held at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ. Amended details are shown below.

Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), a leading independent healthcare group in the UK, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on Thursday, 2 March 2023.

An in-person results presentation for sell-side analysts and investors will be held at 9.00am GMT on 2 March at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.
