31 May 2016, Sinclair Pharma plc (SPH.L) ("Sinclair" or the "Company") the international aesthetics company, was advised on 27 May, that on that day Jean-Charles Tschudin, Non-Executive Director, acquired 97,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 36.25p per Ordinary Share, and on 26 May acquired 3,023 Ordinary Shares at 35.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Tschudin is interested in 3,350,140 Ordinary Shares, 0.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.
