As foreseen in our 2005annual report this performance reflects the successful conversion of majorlicense opportunities, particularly in Europe. We enter the third quarter witha good sales pipeline, and look forward to building on this encouraging startto the year.Sopheon plans to issue its 2006 interim results on 31 August 2006.
