Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, 1Spatial confirms that as at today's date, it has 99,031,889 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") in issue, with 319,635 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 98,712,254; this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company.
