Director Share Purchase
1Spatial, the global spatial software and solutions company, announces that on 27 June 2019 Claire Milverton, CEO of the Company, purchased 49,996 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Claire's total interest in the capital of the Company totals of 400,141 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
