1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, announces that Nicole Payne, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from her position on the Board with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities, and will remain with the Company for a short period, to effect a smooth handover. 

Nicole joined the Board in March 2017 and has played an important role in the successful implementation and conclusion of the three-year turnaround strategy begun in January 2017. The Board thanks her for her contribution to 1Spatial and wishes her well. 

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Andrew Fabian as Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Andrew is a highly experienced technology PLC CFO, having held the position for over 19 years at StatPro Group plc, a leading provider of cloud-based portfolio analysis software solutions, until its recent successful acquisition by Confluence Technologies, Inc. in 2019. Andrew is expected to remain as Interim CFO on a full-time basis until at least December 2020.
