1Spatial, the AIM quoted software and performance management specialist, received notification on 28 May 2012 that Marcus Yeoman, Non Executive Director of the Company, transferred 1,182,640 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his own name to Springtime Consultants Limited, a Company of which Mr Yeoman is the sole beneficial owner, on 28 May 2012. Mr Yeoman's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company remains unchanged at 1,581,572 shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
