Avisen, the AIM quoted performance management specialist, received notification on 3 August 2011 that Marcus Yeoman, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 August 2011 at a price of 5.2p per Ordinary Share, via Springtime Consultants Limited ("Springtime Consultants"), a company beneficially owned by him.

Mr Yeoman also transferred 35,000 Ordinary Shares, previously held in his own name to Springtime Consultants.

As a result of the purchase, Mr Yeoman is now beneficially interested in 1,581,572 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, of which 1,182,640 are held via Pershing Nominees and 398,932 via Springtime Consultants .
