Directorate Changes

Confirmation of CEO and CFO

The Board of 1Spatial (AIM: SPA), the global spatial software and solutions company has appointed Claire Milverton as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Claire was appointed Acting CEO in December 2016 having previously been Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

In addition, Nicole Payne (nee Price), has today been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Nicole has been Finance Director since March 2017 and previously had been Group Financial Accountant within 1Spatial.

Andy Roberts will remain as Executive Chairman until 31 January 2018 when he will revert to the role Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Commenting on the appointments, Andy Roberts, Executive Chairman said:

"The interim leadership of Claire and Nicole has driven the business forward at real pace with demonstrable progress on our turnaround plan. We have a clear plan to grow a substantial and cash-generative business out into the future and I am confident that this will be achieved under Claire and Nicole."

Claire Milverton said:

During my time as Acting CEO, I have had the opportunity to lead an energetic, skilled and committed team and we have made good initial progress on our strategy to date.
