Directorate Change
The Company announces that Duncan Neale is stepping down as Finance Director and leaving the board of Avisen (the "Board") with immediate effect. Mr Neale is leaving in order to pursue other interests having helped the Company to conclude a successful reverse takeover and re-admission to trading on AIM in February 2009 and complete subsequent acquisitions as a quoted company. The Board would like to thank Mr Neale for his valuable contribution to the Company.
