Directorate Change

The Board of 1Spatial, the global spatial software and solutions company, today announces that Nick Habgood, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board, effective 14 March 2018. Nick joined the Board in October 2015 and steps aside to concentrate on the rest of his portfolio with Azini Capital and in particular his current role as Executive Chairman of ATTRAQT plc.

The Company has begun a search for a replacement Non-Executive Director and will update the market on this process in due course.
