IQ Holdings plc ("IQ Holdings" or the "Company")

Director Loan

The Company announces that Executive Director, Mr. Joachim Seydel, has agreed to lend to the Company the sum of £30,000 ('the Loan'). The Loan is unsecured, interest-free and will not be repaid before March 2010. 

With the exception of Mr Seydel, who is involved in the transaction as a related party, the directors of IQ Holdings consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, that the terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
