1Spatial, the Global Spatial Software and Solutions Company which manages the world's largest spatial data, was notified on 19 December 2014 that Mike Sanderson, a Director of the Company, sold on the same date 7,665,763 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share in order to satisfy institutional demand.

Following this transaction, Mr Sanderson's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is 30,000,000 shares, representing approximately 4.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
