1Spatial plc (AIM:SPA), the Spatial Big Data Company, which manages the world's largest spatial data, today announces that Mark Battles, non-executive Director since 2010, has retired from the Board effective immediately.
Mr Battles brought over 20 years of experience working within the technology, media and telecommunications sector and served 1Spatial as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee. His broad commercial experience has lent significant weight to both the Board and Committees.
The Board wishes Mr Battles well in his future endeavours.
