In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 111,836,152 ordinary shares of £0.10 each, of which 15,399 were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in 1Spatial is 111,820,753. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
