Sound Oil, the upstream oil and gas company with assets inΒ Indonesia,Β notes the recent movementsΒ in its share price and the relatively high volumesΒ of shares traded. The Company has noted an increase in the registered shareholding of Lynchwood Nominees Limited fromΒ 79,253,235 shares (representing 11.4% of the Company's issued share capital) on 29 September 2009 to 156,762,581 shares (representing 22.6% of the Company's issued share capital)Β on 14 October 2009. The CompanyΒ wasΒ informedΒ on 15 October 2009Β that these shares are held as sub-custodian for SIS Omnibus Ordinary Account.
