Directors' dealing

The Company announces that the series of share sales by directors which have been effected since the announcement on 26 January 2010 of their intention to sell, has concluded (the total sold amounts to 7.8 million shares, which is slightly more than the 7.5 million originally indicated). Following these sales, the aggregate shareholding of the board is 198.8 million ordinary shares (note) representing approximately 29% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
