Sosandar, the online women's fashion brand, announces that Jon Wragg, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 46,750 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 21.39 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jon Wragg's total beneficial interest is in 126,750 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
