Sosandar, one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the UK, creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosures under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. 

Andrew Booth, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been Non-Executive Director of Intilery.com Limited since 24 June 2020. On 11 November 2022, Intilery.com Limited entered administration.
