Fifty per cent of the options were subject to time vesting and fifty per cent were subject to performance vesting. On admission, 66.2 per cent of the options subject to performance vested.

All share options over shares in Pentagon Holdings SARL were exchanged for new options over Ordinary Shares in Sophos Group plc as part of the reorganisation of the Group immediately prior to the IPO.
