Mr Cooney has an interest in 128,034 shares purchased at IPO, representingapproximately 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital in addition to the75,000 shares purchased today which brings his total holding to 193,034 sharesrepresenting 0.59 % of the Company's issued share capital.
