Somero announces on 30 March 2016 it was notified that on 29 March 2016 John Yuncza, Executive Director and CFO, purchased 2,500 shares of common stock in the Company at a price of 148.75p and Robert Scheuer, non-executive Director, purchased 2,500 shares of common stock in the Company at a price of 148.75p. As a result of these transactions, Mr. Yuncza now owns 22,113 shares of common stock, representing 0.04% of total common stock in issue excluding Treasury shares, and Mr. Scheuer now owns 2,500 shares of common stock, representing 0.004% of total common stock in issue excluding Treasury shares.
