Change of Registered Office Address

Somero announces that on 25 April 2016 it officially opened its new Global Headquarters and Training Facility in Fort Myers, Florida. The new facility was completed on schedule and on budget at a total project cost of $4.8 million. The 14,000 square foot facility will be home to all Florida-based employees, provide the Company with a state-of-the-art venue for product demonstration and customer training, and serve as the future location for the Somero Concrete College in North America.

"It's a remarkable achievement to think that the vision for our new headquarters and training facility which started one short year ago is now complete," says President and CEO Jack Cooney. "Our new facility provides a fantastic environment for hands-on customer training and education and will accommodate the Company's growth for years to come. With the grand opening, the Company's registered office address will change to 14530 Global Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33913, USA effective immediately.
