Board Change

Somero® announces that John Yuncza is stepping down from his role as President and from the Board of Directors, effective 28 August 2023.

Following his departure, John's roles and responsibilities will be assumed by Jack Cooney, current CEO and former CEO & President, on an interim basis until a successor has been found. Jack has played a leading role in building Somero since he joined in 1997.

The search for John's successor is underway and an update will be provided in due course.

As reported in the 24 July 2023 trading update, the Board is confident that the results for the full year will be in line with market expectations. The Company will announce its interim results on the 31 August 2023.

Jack Cooney, CEO of Somero, commented:
