Director / PDMR Shareholding

Solid State plc, the AIM listed supplier of industrial/ruggedised computers, specialist electronic components and battery power solutions to the electronics market, announces that on 29 June 2012 it was informed that Mr William Marsh (Non Executive Director) and his wife have sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 240p per share. In addition it was informed that Tony Frere (Non Executive Director) has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 240p.

Following this sale the beneficial holding of Mr William Marsh and his wife amount to 1,388,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 20.44% of the company's issued share capital. Following his purchase Mr Frere holds 106,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.56% of the company's issued share capital.
