Issue of Equity and Director/PDMR dealing
The Company has allotted and issued 445,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by Andrew Fabian (Director), Dario Cintioli (PDMR) and Marc Zandt (PDMR) pursuant to the Company's share option scheme. The Company has made application for the 445,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 8 November 2017.
Following the exercise and sale of some shares detailed below, Andrew Fabian, Finance Director, has increased his beneficial holding to 314,647 shares representing 0.48% of the Company's share capital.
Following Admission, the Company shall have 68,274,292 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 3,098,713 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The Company will therefore have 65,175,579 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights, and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
