Statpro Group PLC20 April 2007 20 April 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's Dealing The Company announces that Carl Bacon, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company,has exercised 100,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") on 20 April 2007 at 60p per share. Following thistransaction Mr Bacon's interest in the Company comprises 417,727 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 0.79 per cent. of the Company's issuedordinary share capital, and options over 325,000 Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the admission to AIM of the 100,000 new OrdinaryShares. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existingissued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 26 April 2007.
