Statpro Group PLC11 April 2007 11 April 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's shareholding StatPro announces that it was today informed that, on the same day, Carl Bacon,Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 22,727 ordinary shares of 1peach in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a Self InvestedPersonal Pension ("SIPP"). Accordingly, 22,727 Ordinary Shares were sold fromhis nominee account at a price of 76.25p per share and 22,727 Ordinary Shareswere bought by the SIPP at a price of 76p per share. Following these transactions, Carl Bacon's interest in the Company remainsunchanged, comprising 317,727 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.60per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and options over425,000 Ordinary Shares.
