Director's shareholding

StatPro announces that it was today informed that, on the same day, Charles Fairbairn, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 205,590 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 62p per share on behalf of his Self Invested Personal Pension. In addition Mr Fairbairn sold 134,090 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 62p per share and his wife, Susan Fairbairn, sold 71,500 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 62p per share. 

Following these transactions, Charles Fairbairn's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 446,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.82 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
