Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that on 27 May 2021, Mr David Bedford, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 135.74 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Bedford's total interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
