Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has been notified today that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") has today purchased, in accordance with the ESAP's rules and on behalf of all ESAP participants, 11,500 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 399.5 pence each.
Under the terms of the ESAP, participating members, including employees and certain Directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Trustee acquires a number of shares in the Company at the end of the contribution period (the "Period") (normally 6 months) based upon the contributions made in the preceding period and determined by the lowest share price at either the beginning of the Period or on the purchase day. The share price used for ESAP purposes was the price on 1st October 2012, (the beginning of the Period) which was 282.5p.
Following the purchases, the following Directors of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
