Quadnetics Group plc was informed on 29th December 2011 that on 28th December 2011 Stephen Coggins, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,080 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 237p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Coggins is beneficially interested in 13,080 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
