Director's/PDMR Dealings
Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, has been notified that on 11 August 2020 David Lowe, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 134 pence per share.
Following this purchase, the interests of David Lowe in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
