Director's share purchase
Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration, control and management of advanced surveillance technology and networked security systems, notifies that on 26 July 2013 John Shepherd, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 7,300 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 410p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Shepherd is beneficially interested in 468,739 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.6 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
