General Capital Group PLC28 November 2007 Press Release 28 November 2007 General Capital Group plc ("General Capital" or the "Company") Purchase of Shares in Sabien Technology Group Plc Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 November 2007, GeneralCapital (AIM:GENC), the asset and venture finance specialist, announces thatGeneral Capital Venture Finance Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company,has today acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Sabien ordinary shares')in the capital of Sabien Technology Group Plc ('Sabien') at a price of 50p perSabien ordinary share. Following this purchase, General Capital now has an interest in 3,500,000 Sabienordinary shares representing approximately 13.2% of Sabien's issued ordinaryshare capital.
