("SNR" or the "Company")
Funding update
Following yesterday's announcements and further to the announcement made by the Company on 5th March 2014, the board of SNR is pleased to confirm that talks with a potential strategic investor group are ongoing.
Whilst there can be no guarantee that these discussions will result in additional funding for the Company, the directors of SNR are hopeful that they will be able to announce a successful conclusion to these discussions in the near term.
In the event that the Company is unable to successfully conclude the funding discussions referred to above then the board of SNR will have to take steps to protect the interests of the Company's creditors.
