Spencer Aerospace Acquisition Update

Further to the announcement made on 9 June 2022 in relation to the acquisition by Senior plc ("Senior") of substantially all of the assets of Spencer Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC ("Spencer Aerospace" or "the Company") (the "Acquisition") which indicated an expected completion date for the Acquisition in Q3 2022, the Company can report that closing conditions are progressing satisfactorily. However, final regulatory approval is now likely to be received around the end of the current calendar year, at which point Senior and Spencer Aerospace expect the acquisition to complete.
