Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc were allotted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") following the exercise of options that were granted on 26 May 2021 under the terms of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave").
The shares allotted were subsequently disposed of on 3 September 2024, as indicated below. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
