Senior plc: Board Change
Senior plc ("Senior" or "the Group" or "the Company") announces that Bindi Foyle, Group Finance Director, has informed the Board of her intention, after 18 years with the Group, to retire from a full-time executive career and will therefore be leaving the Company in 12 months' time, after an orderly transition. Bindi joined Senior in 2006 and was appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director in 2017. The Board will now actively start the succession process.
David Squires, Group CEO said:
"Bindi has been an outstanding member of Senior's leadership team for the past 18 years and an accomplished Finance Director for the past 7 years. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Bindi over the next year as we focus on delivery of our strategy and enhanced value for our shareholders. We will ensure an orderly succession plan is in place."

"Bindi is a gifted and highly effective Executive Board Member. We respect Bindi's decision and value the transparency and her ongoing commitment. We will now focus on the succession plan to ensure we appoint a high calibre replacement for this key role."
